The theatre as it looked just after its renovation. It has a new modern stucco exterior covering the original brick facade. It has a seating capacity of  700 seats including the balcony.  The movie on the marquee is "Abbot and Costello in the Foreign Legion."

The building has been used as a warehouse for about 30 years but retains the appearance of a movie theater. The interior still contains seats and a small stage.

The theatre exterior received a makeover for a fundraiser held there on June 15, 2000. The lobby was also cleaned out and redecorated for the event.

After over 30 years the MOUNDS sign has been uncovered, signaling that funding has been secured to begin the renovation.  The sign contains  225 bulbs and  twinkles when lit.  The attraction board to the right is still covered with sheet metal.
